On 20 November, BW Education organised its 2024 edition of the Future of Management Education Conclave. Business school heads/directors, management education leaders, hiring managers and industry came together to discuss the evolving nature of business schools. Leaders discussed the challenges in management education today, preparing students for the competitive market and importance of continuous learning and skilling for students and faculty alike.
The full-day event at The Park Hotel, Connaught Place, New Delhi, showcased panel discussions and standalone addresses to exchange ideas and discuss trends and opportunities in education. This knowledge-disseminating and networking conclave brought together the brightest minds and recognised some of the high performers in management education today:

The conclave debated various critical subjects as what needs to change in management education and new approach needed to make an impact today, impact of fast changing technology on students and faculty engagement, how are business schools making an impact in society and local ecosystems or are they islands in themselves, toxic work culture: are b-school grads prepared for the reality of the world of work and does alumni mentoring help students get a better grip of the corporate world.
It was one of the most prestigious education events of 2024, for connecting the participants to each other, discussing today’s challenges & opportunities and shaping the future of business education in India.
