What makes EuroKids stand out as a leading preschool in India and what sets it apart from other preschools?

EuroKids stands out as a leading preschool in India due to its strong foundation in the "Child First" ideology. Since its inception in 2001 with two centres, EuroKids has expanded to over 1,600 plus preschools in 400 plus cities, nurturing more than 7,00,000 children. Its key differentiator is the focus on holistic development, ensuring that children receive the "Right Start" in life. The preschool’s curriculum, EUNOIA, is currently in its seventh edition and is soon being upgraded to its eighth edition. This mindful approach, focusing on the child's mind, body and soul, combines safety-first principles with innovative learning programs. EuroKids’ commitment to nurturing future leaders through a balanced blend of academics, emotional and social development sets it apart.

How do you ensure EuroKids remains at the forefront of preschool education in India, particularly with emerging technologies?

EuroKids stays ahead by continuously updating its curriculum and incorporating technology to enhance learning experiences. With the launch of the HomeBuddy App, EuroKids supplements classroom learning by offering a rich collection of interactive games, DIY activities and multimedia resources. The app also serves as a tool for parents to monitor progress, thus blending digital tools with traditional learning approaches. EuroKids regularly conducts research into early childhood education and adapts its curriculum to meet the evolving developmental needs of children. As the preschool is on the verge of implementing its eighth curriculum edition, it ensures that emerging technologies, such as virtual learning, are integrated, creating an immersive learning environment for young children.

Can you share any recent innovations or changes you’ve made to EuroKids' curriculum to adapt to the needs of modern learners?

EuroKids has consistently innovated its curriculum to adapt to the changing needs of modern learners. Currently, the preschool is upgrading from its seventh edition of the curriculum, EUNOIA, to the eighth edition, which emphasises contemporary teaching methodologies that foster the holistic development of children. The curriculum integrates programmes like Mindful, YogaKids and EuroFit to promote physical, emotional and mental well-being. The introduction of the Global Goals for Early Years initiative ensures that children learn about sustainability and global citizenship from an early age. The curriculum also incorporates innovative technologies through its HomeBuddy App, making learning more accessible for children, even beyond the classroom. These efforts ensure that EuroKids remains relevant to the needs of modern learners.

What role do extracurricular activities and play-based learning play in the overall curriculum at EuroKids?

Extracurricular activities and play-based learning are integral to EuroKids' philosophy of holistic child development. The preschool’s curriculum incorporates activities like yoga, mindfulness and fitness programmes that aim to nurture the child’s physical and mental health. Through play-based learning, children are encouraged to explore, engage and interact with their environment, promoting creativity, problem-solving, and social skills. Programmes such as YogaKids and EuroFit ensure that children develop essential motor and cognitive skills while having fun. The curriculum is designed to balance academic learning with play, enabling children to enjoy a stress-free environment while gaining critical life skills. This play-based approach helps children develop a positive self-image and a love for learning, setting a strong foundation for their future.
