The Placement Cell, Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) has announced yet another successful placement season for the year 2023-24, surpassing previous benchmarks and reinforcing SRCC’s position as India’s leading institution for commerce and economics.
This year, the season witnessed participation from 135 plus recruiters, collectively extending 500 plus offers, resulting in a gross placement value of INR 43.42 Crores. The highest package soared to an impressive Rs 35 LPA, while the average package stood at Rs 8.63 LPA, showcasing the exceptional calibre of SRCC students.
Internship opportunities also saw remarkable growth, with 115 Plus offers generating a gross stipend value of Rs 47.25 lakhs. The highest internship stipend reached Rs 3.67 lakhs per month. The growth in internship opportunities also showcased a staggering 98 per cent increase in gross stipend value, reflecting the robust engagement between SRCC and leading organisations.
Recruiters from diverse industries:
SRCC continues to attract a wide spectrum of recruiters spanning more than 15 industries, including Consulting, Investment Banking, FMCG, Startups and E-commerce. Firms such as McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Deutsche Bank, Blackstone, Kearney, Bank of America, Nomura, L.E.K. Consulting and Accenture participating in this year’s placement Season. Furthermore, the Season recorded a significant 29 per cent increase in the number of recruiters, reaffirming the institution’s expanding reach and reputation.

To ensure the holistic development of students, the placement cell has conducted 70 plus training sessions, 310 plus hours of intensive skill-building. Over 555 mentees benefitted from personalised guidance provided by 30 plus mentors, reinforcing the Cell’s dedication to equipping students with the technical and interpersonal skills necessary to excel in highly competitive industries.
