Even when the epidemic stopped everyone, the education sector was ready for the challenge. The mode of education shifted online, and in the process, educational institutions faced challenges and explored opportunities that opened up for the present and the future.
BW Education recently hosted a panel discussion on “Early Childhood In The Digital Era: Lessons Learned And A Guide For The Future,” as a part of its Top Education Brands Summit and Awards where visionaries from various education institutes shared some insightful information and experiences.
The panellists for the session were: Prahar Anjaria, Chairman, Rangoli Group Of Institutes; A K Srikanth, CEO, KLAY School; Manali Amit Kolhe, Managing Director, Sanjivini Group of Schools; Tijay Gupta, CEO, Bachpan Pre School, Dr Madhuri Parti, Academic Director, Aravali International School. The session was moderated by Kavita Aggarwal, Chairperson, MISA.
In her opening statement, Dr Madhuri Parti, Academic Director, Aravali International School, asserted, “We all have been put in a situation which is beautiful, it is how we handle it.”
Commenting on the transition from physical classroom system to online mode, Tijay Gupta, CEO, Bachpan Pre School said, “Where there is a will, there is a way. We have found that way and now we should go ahead on that way”.
“We have come out of the situation that we were facing in last 3 to 6 months but the social stigma is going to remain in different forms,” said Prahar Anjaria, Chairman, Rangoli Group Of Institutes.
Stressing on the importance of conventional teaching-learning mode, A K Srikanth, CEO, KLAY School, said, “There is a sense of social interaction that happens in the classroom and which is not possible in online mode”.
In her concluding remarks, Dr Kavita Aggarwal, stated, “During this challenging time we faced all kinds of difficulties and have come up with right solutions”.
The panel brought forward important insights and the leaders were optimistic to make their respective institutes perform better.
