As the world is steadily recovering from the deadly Covid-19 pandemic, there is a fundamental transformation going on as far as business and management education is concerned. Presently, management professionals are playing crucial roles as world economies are moving on the path of economic recovery, however, dealing with a few roadblocks as well.
Speaking on 'Placement and Employability of Management Students' at Future of Management Education Conclave, eminent speakers- Prof. MP Jaiswal, IIM Sambalpur, Dr Himadri Das, Director, IMI New Delhi, Dr Monica Khanna, Director, KJ Somaiya, Dr Vinita Singh Sahay, Director, IIM Bodh Gaya and Prof. SS Murthy, Director, IPE talked about placement process and employability for the people in management education.
The eminent speakers also talked about how students should be provided with the subjects of their interests so they can plan their careers accordingly. Apart from that, speakers also emphasised how things have changed in the last two years in the education ecosystem. The major thing that changed is the shift towards the digital world which led to more opportunities and easy learning for students.
