Tech Avant-Garde, India's hybrid learning platform, celebrated International Women's Day with digital skilling programme for 15,000 educators. The event, which was based on this years’ theme of DigitALL: Innovation and technology for gender equality, featured women educators who are trained and certified by Microsoft as skilled digital educators and addressed equality issues in innovation and technology in the education and technology sectors, discussing how to tackle and overcome these challenges.
The event featured prominent speakers, including Shanta Sait, Chairman, Tech Avant-Garde; Roopa Arun, Head - Pedagogy and Academic Innovation, Tech Avant-Garde; Roshini Kumar, Director, Tech Avant-Garde, along with Ranjani Srinivasan, Social Networker; Snighdha Pal, Image Counsellor and Shivangini Srivastava, Design Thinker. The discussion focussed on highlighting how digital education has surpassed traditional forms of learning. The speakers emphasised that with an effective digital education system, there are no limitations and educators, regardless of gender, can empower future generations to learn without limits.
