In a significant tribute to Jagdish Gandhi, the late Founder Director of City Montessori School (CMS), the Lucknow Municipal Corporation (LMC) has officially renamed Station Road as Dr. Jagdish Gandhi Marg. This renaming is a recognition of Gandhi's lifelong commitment to education and his impactful work in promoting peace, unity and global understanding.
The proposal, approved by LMC, commemorates Gandhi’s vision to bring the world together through education, fostering values of peace, unity and global understanding. It is a testament to his extraordinary contributions and dedication to creating a better future for all children.
Gandhi's contributions have been celebrated not only in Lucknow but also across international platforms, where he was recognised for his pioneering efforts in shaping young minds and promoting a culture of peace.
