Singer Ankit Tiwari Gets Honorary Doctorate From Victoria Global University
Bollywood singer Ankit Tiwari was awarded the honorary doctorate ‘Doctor of Music’ by the Victoria Global University, USA.
As a chief guest on this occasion Dr. P. K. Patnaani, Lok Sabha MP from Bhaineshwar, said that Tiwari is the ‘new favorite superstar of the youth’.
The special guest at the event Acharya Shailesh Tiwari blessed Tiwari for ‘Padmashree’ in the future.
Upon receiving the award Tiwari told BW, “First of all I would like to thank the society and the University for awarding me with such respectable honor, this is one of the greatest achievement of my life. I’m really thankful to all the people who thought for so.”
He added, “After this award I need to be more responsible and serious with the kind of work I do and with my behavior towards the society because everything will be affecting the honor. That will be one change I will bring into my life.”
Tiwari was awarded the doctorate by the university at its 18th convocation held at Rusian Cultural Center on January 19, 2019.
Tiwari is currently working on various movies like ‘Romeo Akbar Walter (RAW)’, ‘Batla House’, Mohit Suri’s ‘Malang’ and Mahesh Bhatt’s ‘Sadak 2’.
