Les Roches And DCT Pioneer Hospitality Academy

The Department of Culture and Tourism - Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi) has announced the establishment of a modern hospitality education academy in Abu Dhabi, managed by Les Roches to enhance hospitality skills and academic knowledge to nurture UAE and regional talent.


Les Roches Global Hospitality will open its first campus in September 2024. The academy aims to attract Emirati and regional talents to the industry, offering exceptional education and ensuring their smooth transition into key roles and leadership positions. This approach aims to future-proof the UAE hospitality sector by fostering local talent with high-quality education and skills needed for the industry's future.


“The new academy aims to foster creativity and discovery in the hospitality industry, ensuring sustainable growth and empowering future generations. Celebrating Emirati hospitality, it will contribute to Abu Dhabi's growth as a dynamic and sustainable hub for tourism and culture, empowering local talent and contributing to the diverse ecosystem of the UAE”, Mohamed Khalifa Al Mubarak, Chairman, Department of Culture and Tourism - Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi), said. 


Les Roches' model in hospitality education integrates theory with practice, independent learning and faculty support, ensuring students acquire personal and professional skills for immediate employment and leadership roles, fostering a solid foundation for advancement.
