Institute Of Bakery & Culinary Arts Floats Online Course

Institute of Bakery & Culinary Arts (IBCA) has launched a 2-month bakery online course. The objective of this course is to provide professional baking and pastry skills from home. The workshop is divided into 8 weekly programmes.

The duration of the 2-month baking course will assist students to learn how to make different types of exotic breads, cookies & cupcakes, exotic cakes, puff pastry, exotic chocolates, pies & tarts, hot & cold desserts, viennoiseries and travel cakes. After joining this course students will have the assistance of a team of chef instructors, they'll be able to rectify students' errors and assist them in learning. Participants will get a digital certificate at the end of the workshop.

The institute has invited applications and the last date for submission of applications is April 8, 2023.
