The Supreme Court of India has allowed final-year law students to register for the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) 19, scheduled for November 24, 2024. Students can apply until October 25 on the official website, where they can also review the guidelines and syllabus.
Admit cards for AIBE 2024 will be released on November 18. The deadline to correct any errors in applications is October 30.
AIBE 19 Eligibility
Candidates must have a three-year or five-year law degree from a Bar Council of India-approved institution and must be registered as advocates with a State Bar Council. There is no age limit and candidates can attempt the exams multiple times.

Fill in your name, contact information and educational qualifications.
Pay the application fee.
Submit the form.
For AIBE 2024, candidates in the General and OBC categories need at least 45 per cent to pass, while SC, ST and disabled candidates need 40 per cent. The exam will be conducted as an open book test in 50 cities and 140 centres, with a new centre in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.
This 100-mark exam will cover subjects like constitutional law, the Indian Penal Code, intellectual property law, the Evidence Act, family law, administrative law, cyber law, taxation law, contract law, the Specific Relief Act, property laws, the Negotiable Instruments Act and the Land Acquisition Act.
