IIT Delhi To Host Industry Day

IIT Delhi's flagship industry-academia partnership event, Industry Day 2022, will be held on 10 December 2022, Saturday.

The fourth edition of the daylong event will give an opportunity to the industry to witness how IIT Delhi is working to develop technologies. Leadership from over 15 large corporate and business houses will be present at the event.

K Ananth Krishnan, Executive Vice-President & Chief Technology Officer, Tata Consultancy Services, who is also an IIT Delhi alum, will be the chief guest on the occasion.

Industry Day 2022 will centre on four themes that are woven into India's commitment to achieving its Sustainable Development Goals. The thematic sessions on Healthcare, Electric Vehicles, Communication Technologies and Clean Energy & Environment will be attended by industry leaders, scientists, IIT Delhi faculty, research scholars and students who will deliberate on fundamental concepts and new perspectives that will have an impact on civil society as a whole.

The annual event will display IIT Delhi's collaborative and interdisciplinary sharing through the breadth of the research presented. Over 70 technologies developed by IIT Delhi researchers will be showcased as product demonstrations. The event will also have over 150 industry-relevant concept posters created by students of the institute.
