Early Steps Academy Expands Global Footprint To 100 Countries

Early Steps Academy (ESA), a global leader in case study-based learning for children, has reached an incredible milestone by welcoming a new learner from Guyana, making it the 100 country to join their global learning community. Founded in 2021 by Harvard Business School alumni- Sneha Biswas, ESA offers after-school programmes designed to expose children aged 8-18 to essential 21-century subjects like Entrepreneurship, Space Technology, Climate Change, Applied Mathematics, Finance and STEM.

ESA’s growth comes at a time when the global education landscape is in dire need of innovation. According to UNESCO, over 1.5 billion students were affected by school closures during the COVID-19 pandemic and many education systems have struggled to adapt to the demands of the 21 century. Traditional curricula often fail to equip students with practical skills like problem-solving, critical thinking, and global awareness—all areas that ESA is addressing through its unique learning model. The academy’s unique case study method allows children from diverse geographies to engage with real-world scenarios, helping them develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills early in life.
