Developing A Hybrid Framework For New Normal

Schools and colleges are gradually transitioning from full-time remote learning back into the classroom, though continued physical distancing requirements and other health safeguards make it challenging to return to full-time in-person instruction. Furthermore, the threat of resurgence requires systems to be ready to switch between in-person and remote learning to ensure learning continuity.

The NEP 2020 states, it would avoid overexposure of technology for the school-going children, while at the same time, it will empower the education system with innovative and interactive technologies.

This new model for future-ready education called hybrid learning blends the safety, flexibility and independence of remote learning with the collaboration and connection of an on-campus setting. With multimodal and interactive delivery, sufficient agility to help learners thrive in these dynamic times and thoughtfully planned infrastructure to support active student engagement, hybrid learning is here to stay.
