Definite Appoints Szymon Duda And Yann R. Deschamps To Board

Definite has recently announced the appointment of Szymon Duda and Yann R. Deschamps to the company’s Leadership team, effective 14 April 2021. The new appointments are aimed at offering the company new insights and explore robust business opportunities in the fractional ownership segment.

SzymonDuda has experience of more than three decades in Real Estate Development and Architectural Design. He has been working as a Co-Founder and Shareholder in GD&K Group (A Europe-based real estate development company) for almost twenty-five years. Prior to GD&K, Szymon was the former Architect at JMS Architekten Berlin and Ingarden Ewy. He has also been an alumnus of Harvard Business School Executive Education in Family Office Wealth Management and Harvard Real Estate Management Programme.

Yann R. Deschamps possesses more than twenty years of experience in Corporate Real Estate, Transaction Management, Portfolio Management and Restructuring. He has acquired strong knowledge and experience in the Shanghai Real Estate industry, both as a Founder and at the Agency level. He has provided legal, economic, market advice and a wide range of complete and tailored solutions to real estate owners, occupiers, and investors. Besides joining Definite’s Board of Advisory, Yann is working as Commercial Director at Arcc Spaces Singapore (APAC region). He is an alumnus of Harvard Business School Executive Education in Real Estate Management Program and will be advising Definite about the markets, trends, and strategy in CRE, especially Coworking Spaces and Data Centers.
