Amity Inks MoU With Confederation Of Indian Industry - Indian Green Building Council

Amity School of Planning and Architecture, Amity University Uttar Pradesh signed an MoU with Confederation of Indian Industry -Indian Green Building Council (IGBC). The objective of the MoU is to train the faculty and students to obtain certification so that they become IGBC accredited professional associates and faculty, in line with the Sustainable Global Agenda under SDG - 11. The partnership will also facilitate the extension and outreach activities towards Green Built Environment and undertake industry-academia interactions for a sustainable future.

During the one-day Programme, Technical Sessions on topics such as 'Buildings of Future', 'Transitioning towards a Low Carbon and Sustainable Future' and 'Updates on Green Building Movement Green Buildings opportunities for Educational Institutes and way forward', were also held and the programme concluded with an interactive Q&A Session between the experts and the students of Amity.
