Ambedkar Jayanti Observed At IIM Jammu

On the occasion of 132nd birth anniversary of father of the Indian Constitution, Dr Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar, IIM Jammu observed Ambedkar Jayanti on April 14, 2023. Prof BS Sahay, Director, IIM Jammu; Prof Jabir Ali, Dean - Academics, Cmdr Kesavan Baskkaran, Chief Administrative Officer; Shailesh Lohiya, Librarian; faculty; officers, staff and students of IIM Jammu offered floral tributes to Dr BR Ambedkar on his 132nd birth anniversary.

Prof BS Sahay, Director, IIM Jammu termed Dr BR Ambedkar as the real architect of the Indian Constitution. He reiterated that Baba Saheb was the epitome of social equality and welfare for all sections of society. He led millions of the oppressed to a life of self-respect, dignity and responsibility and showed them a path that not only led to their development but also the development of India.
