Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan's S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research (SPJIMR), India's top B-school, has launched the application process for its oldest programme, the Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGPM), for the Class of 2025 (PGPM Batch 21).
SPJIMR's PGPM is an 18-month AICTE-approved programme for working executives with at least three years of experience and strong domain knowledge. It allows them to transition into broader roles in general management. The programme also includes 'RESTART', an initiative for women seeking to re-enter the workforce after a career break.
The PGPM programme, accredited by The Association of MBAs (AMBA), UK, offers an innovative pedagogical approach, incorporating non-classroom initiatives, design thinking and a growth mindset. It includes specialisations in Finance, Information Management and Analytics, Sales & Marketing, Operations & Supply Chain and Human Resource Management. Graduates experience significant career advancement, with an average increase of 177 per cent in CTC over incoming pay for the Class of 2022.
The 2025-26 (Batch 21) admissions process began on April 1, 2024, with a deadline of September 15, 2024. The programe is divided into three phases to offer early offers to exceptional candidates.
Eligibility
The PGPM programme requires applicants to hold a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50 per cent marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognised university and at least three years of relevant work experience. Women who have taken a career break are eligible under the RESTART Initiative, provided they have two years of career break and three years of full-time work experience. Candidates can submit their application with a valid GMAT or CAT score.
Selection Process
Applicants will be shortlisted based on academic record, relevant work experience, and versatility and achievements. Interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis for shortlisted applicants.
