Yoga is more than a thousand-year-old globally acknowledged practice with roots from Southern Asia and is well known for its mental, physical, and emotional health benefits. It has gained more popularity in the last year with people confined at home due to lockdowns and gyms closing. To fuel yoga enthusiasts with science-backed knowledge, the Institute of Nutrition and Fitness Sciences (INFS), the largest online fitness institute, announces the launch of the INFS Yoga Exercises for Beginners course, with admissions commencing on the website from 7th August 2021.
Through this course, students will get a chance to learn more than fifty plus asanas at beginners as well as advanced levels. The course will make students self-sufficient to practice yoga in the comfort of their homes. The duration of the certification course is four weeks and anyone who is 12 years and above is eligible. INFS will be providing special offers to the students who enrol for this course in the month of August.
