Indian Institute of Management Raipur (IIM Raipur) recently organised an immersive Leadership Development Programme (LDP) in collaboration with the esteemed Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) for their early career officers. The first phase of the 14-day rigorous training programme was conducted at the campus in Naya Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
The programme was inaugurated by Pradumna Dash, Dean Academics Raipur in the presence of V Srinivasa Prasad DGM I/c L&D IOCL, Pratik Talukdar, CM (L&D), Brajesh Jha, Sr Manager (L&D) HO, Programme Directors, Sumeet Gupta, Pradumna Dash, Damini Saini and Ram Kumar Kakani, Director, IIM Raipur.
The programme is brewed to enhance the leadership skills of officials involved in marketing, sales and execution. It aims to deepen their understanding of executive responsibilities and improve their leadership capabilities within the Marketing Division, especially for young professionals. Additionally, the programme focuses on fostering decision-making abilities during uncertain scenarios, promoting innovative thinking and improving task management.
Over the course of the two-week program, participants were fully engaged in intensive training, yoga and sports activities. The programme concluded on July 13, 2024, marking the successful completion of this comprehensive leadership development initiative.
