IILM Lodhi Road Welcomes Harivansh Chaturvedi as New Director General

IILM Lodhi Road has announced the appointment of Harivansh Chaturvedi as its new Director General. With an illustrious career spanning over 47 years in higher education, Chaturvedi brings a wealth of experience, knowledge and passion to our institution.

Chaturvedi has held numerous pivotal roles throughout his distinguished career. As the Professor and Director at BIMTECH, he successfully led the institution to achieve prestigious accreditations, elevating its reputation in the academic world. His leadership and vision were instrumental in guiding BIMTECH to new heights of academic excellence and industry recognition.

In addition to his contributions at BIMTECH, Chaturvedi is a founding member and the Executive President of the Education Promotion Society of India (EPSI). Through EPSI, he has been a tireless advocate for private higher education institutions across the country, promoting policies that enhance the quality and accessibility of education.

Chaturvedi's extensive background includes significant involvement in policy formulation at the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). He played a crucial role in the establishment of the National Board of Accreditation (NBA), further demonstrating his commitment to advancing the standards of higher education in India.

Chaturvedi's remarkable journey in education began at Agra University, where he earned his M Com and PhD in Business Management. His academic achievements laid a strong foundation for his future contributions to the field of education.
