Dr Bhimaraya Metri Appointed As Director Of IIM Nagpur

Dr Bhimaraya Metri, a renowned academician, educator, researcher and administrator has currently been appointed as the Director of IIM Nagpur. Earlier, he was the Director at IIM Tiruchirappalli. He has played a significant role in building 177 acres IIM Tiruchirappalli campus. Now he has been assigned the important role to build another 150 acres IIM Nagpur campus.

His dynamic leadership and unique initiatives had helped IIM Tiruchirappalli to attain a premier position among the top league business schools in India and elevated it to emerge as the first amongst the second-generation IIMs. He has also served as a Dean at L&T Institute of Project Management, Vadodara, India Education Management. Formerly, he was Dean (Academics & Alumni Relations) & Professor at International Management Institute (IMI) New Delhi.
