The Ministry of Human Resources and Development has launched a two day workshop on school education on Monday.
Bringing together Industry experts and veterans from private as well as government sector, the workshop will showcase a number of presentations on issues concerning digital education, physical education, value education, life skills education and experiential learning.
At the inaugural, HRD Minister Prakash Javadekar said that he does not discriminate between NGOs, private and public players in the sphere of education as this platform should be used to discuss what is good and cheap in digital technology that can help the classrooms of today.
The minister also said that there will be ‘digital blackboards’ in classrooms in the country one day and that day is not far away.
