Amity University Bengaluru And ISRO Host Space Science Workshop

Amity University and the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) jointly organised a workshop on AI, Data Analytics and Astrobiology at Amity University Bangalore. This workshop stands as a testament to the shared vision of Ashok President, Founder President who envisions Amity as a leading R&D and Academic Partner of ISRO, contributing significantly to the space research sector

The workshop witnessed the august presence of S.Somanath, Chairman, ISRO, Prakash Chauhan, Director, National Remote Sensing Centre, Hyderabad and Sudheer Kumar N, Director, Capacity Building & Public Outreach, ISRO, alongside other esteemed scientists from ISRO.


Ashok K. Chauhan, Founder President, Amity Education Group, virtually attended the occasion and extended his gratitude to all participants in the presence of Aseem Chauhan, Chancellor, W. Selvamurthy, President ASTIF, A K Singh, Sr. Vice President, AFSTIA, Neeraj Sharma, Deputy Director General AFSTIA, D. Subhakar, Vice Chancellor Amity University Bangalore, A W Santosh Kumar, Vice Chancellor, Amity University Mumbai and other eminent scientists from various Amity campuses working in the field of AI, Data Sciences in Space, Science & Technology and Astrobiology.


The workshop witnessed presentations and discussions on Artificial Intelligence, Data Science and Advances in Astrobiology, showcasing the collective research achievements and future directions of both Amity and ISRO. The collaborative workshop signifies a step towards realising the shared vision of advancing space research and technology, underscoring Amity's commitment to excellence in academia and research.
