More than 17,000 students from several management and engineering institutes of the country will vie for the top three awards at the inaugural edition of the India Case Challenge organized by Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages (HCCB), one of India's top FMCG companies. The digital and virtually enabled case study competition aims to foster cases from real-life scenarios of HCCB business that can be used as teaching tools within management and business education.
The competition will run till August 20 and will see students go through multiple levels of elimination. The competition will eventually see the top 5 teams qualify for the final 3rd round where each team will present a comprehensive business plan to the leadership team of HCCB.
The winning team will receive Rs 3 lakh with pre-placement interviews while the first runner will receive Rs 2 lakh with pre-placement interviews and the second runner will receive Rs 1 lakh with pre-placement interviews.
The competition has seen the participation of students from B. Tech (Final and pre-final year) and both year students from MBA and MTech irrespective of their specialization as well as students of one-year full-time MBA (PGPX) programs.
