IMS Noida Organises Orientation For PGDM’25

Institute of Management Studies (IMS) Noida organised an orientation for the students of the PGDM 2023-25 batch. During the program, Jubilant Foodworks’ AVP Jitendra Kumar Gupta and Angel Investor Dr Ritesh Malik expressed their views as speakers. 

During the program, IMS Noida Senior Director Dr Kulneet Suri, teachers and students were also present. Inaugurating the program, IMS Senior Director Dr Kulneet Suri said that along with the development of technology, new employment opportunities have also increased. In the present environment, there are immense possibilities in data science, robotics, artificial intelligence and nanotechnology.

Addressing the students Jitendra Kumar Gupta said that we all should love our work. Be careful while choosing a career and focus on contemporary information apart from bookish knowledge. For career success, give priority to passion over money or if possible, make passion your profession.

Dr Ritesh Malik said that emphasis should be laid on making students talented. You can become talented only by learning new skills and techniques every day. During the program, Dr. Vimala, Head of the Department of PGDM, had a detailed discussion with the students about the skills required to become a successful leader.
