IIM Lucknow Introduces Online Programme In Strategic HR Management

The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow, in collaboration with Imarticus Learning, is launching an executive management program focusing on People Leadership and Strategic HR Management. 

This comprehensive 11-month course, slated to commence on November 2nd, will be primarily conducted online, with a three-day campus immersion experience at IIM Lucknow.

The program aims to equip professionals with the essential skills for effective team management and successful leadership in human resources.

The course fee, which amounts to Rs 2,98,000 + GST, covers the tuition and a registration fee of Rs 43,000 + GST. The program is designed for individuals with a graduate degree and a minimum of five years of post-graduation work experience.

With a curriculum comprising nine modules covering a range of management subjects, the course aims to enhance participants' competencies in people management. 

It equips HR professionals with the skills needed to lead strategic initiatives and navigate challenges effectively. The program also offers insights into the challenges faced by HR professionals, CXOs, and business leaders, providing valuable exposure to best HR management practices.

Additionally, the course will feature masterclasses conducted by experienced CXOs, enriching participants' network and skill set. Real-world business case studies, six gamified sessions, and five masterclasses led by industry experts contribute to the holistic learning experience.
