How To Create An Ideal School Environment

Q. Can you provide us with the basic idea behind this venture and what is Target?

Edovu Ventures is spreading its wings and currently it's operating in the market under different ventures Segmentation's one of which is American edu global school carries a Legacy of 250 years Rutgers Prep School, New jersey, USA and is Ranked Amongst the Top 2 K-12 Schools in America, Top SAT Scores in USA and holds Over 90% University Placement Record. It has a concept of American based practical knowledge.

Another wing of preschools goes by the name Discovery Montessori Preschool, USA has a Legacy of 63 Years Old Preschool Situated at West Covina, California and we follow practical American way of teaching & learning as well as Montessori Methodology. We also offer a different pedagogy for the education of the child. We have the unique 4 lab system that helps in the development of social, emotional, psychological, academic cognitive, physical & IT for overall child's growth. Our goal is to create a balance between the child’s academic, social, emotional, physical, creative and developmental needs. Therefore, the classrooms are prepared and the program is structured and designed to take advantage of the child’s sensitive years between 2 to 6 when the child begins to absorb information from an enriched environment. Recently Discovery Montessori Preschool opens another center in Cyber hub, Gurugram. The Basic idea behind the launch of this venture is to provide the relief of corporate parents who working in Cyber City, Guugram.

Q. How would you describe your classroom management style?

I would say if you combine many types of management, then you should explain that. I would also incorporate something about the classroom as a community, and work together to establish rules giving students the responsibility for their behavior. There is no one right or wrong way to manage your classroom. Whatever works best for you but at the same time we have to consider the factor that these children are really young and they need a very nourishing environment for their growth and Development. So we make sure that they get the Best of the Best. We have well established and the finest day care facilities with brainstorming exercise for a child’s Growth. For Security purpose we have installed live CCTV and access has been provided to Parents and Guardians, to make them feel safe.

The Center is situated inside the British Education Center where all the activities take place in a very efficient manner

Q. Communication with parents is one of the main aspects of this sector, how do you plan to achieve that in future?

Developing positive relationships with parents is critical to providing the best care possible to their children, the age group from 3-5 are very important for children as it is during this time a child learns most of the things, so it is quite worrying for a parent to leave the child alone during this transformation period. We focus on providing the best care and knowledge for the children so that the weight is taken off from the shoulders of the parents.

Q. What would be your ideal school environment, and how would you encourage that kind of culture?

An ideal school environment embraces the idea that all students can learn and it works up to build safe learning spaces for students. We hire teachers who are knowledgeable, care about student learning, and adapt our instruction to meet the needs of these young learners. We also try to be nimble and adjust as per the needs of Parents. We work really hard to make the curriculum relevant to the lives of these Children and focus on what they learn as they grow up to step out in the world, a student success is a complex idea and measuring it must be accomplished with many tools. We try our best to provide them with all that we can to ensure the development of kids not only in the educational aspect but in another extra curriculum also.

Q What are your plans in the upcoming future, do you mind sharing the plan layout with us?

Edovu Ventures has a wider view of the global education system. We believe in expanding knowledge for the betterment of the society and “Ensuring Learnings for Life” for a better education system is our goal. We aspire to be among the Top 15 Education Management Company by 2022.
