Great Lakes Institute Of Management Chennai Floats Certificate Programme In Digital Marketing

Great Lakes Institute of Management in Chennai has launched 'Professional Certificate Programme for Digital Marketing', exclusively for women known as ENCORE Programme. It offers scholarships of up to 100 per cent for women looking to restart their careers.

A recent study by the Centre for Women's Development Studies in 2022 revealed that 60 per cent of women on career breaks in India aspire to return to the workforce within two years. However, only 40 per cent are confident about finding jobs aligned with their skills and experience upon their return. In response to this challenge, private educational institutions are pioneering innovative programmes designed to empower women to re-enter the corporate world after career breaks.

The programme fosters a well-rounded skill set encompassing business communication, negotiation, emotional intelligence and resilience. Participants also gain access to valuable mentorship and career coaching, along with a certification in Digital Marketing. Furthermore, Great Lakes, Chennai has formed partnerships with top multinational corporations such as Accenture and LTIMindtree to provide placement assistance after programme completion.
