AICTE With CTE, APSSDC Launch Training Programme On SOC & Open XDR

The Consortium for Technical Education (CTE), in partnership with the Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Corporation and in association with AICTE launched an International Training Programme on Security Operations Centre (SOC) and Open XDR.  

This five-day training program is designed to offer participants a comprehensive understanding of the essential principles of SOC, coupled with methodologies to effectively harness the power of the open XDR platform for proficient threat detection, analysis, and response. 

K. A. Alagarsamy, Director of Consortium for Technical Education, enthusiastically expresses, "We embark on an exciting journey through a series of training programs in emerging technologies, in close collaboration with Government agencies. Participants can anticipate a dynamic learning experience where they will delve into the core mechanics of SOC and gain hands-on competency to channel the potential of the open XDR platform for advanced analytics." 

This programme is commencing on August 28th, 2023, at KL University, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, assures the participants a transformative experience, empowering them with valuable skills in the domains of SOC and Open XDR. 

The training programme encompasses modules spanning from the evolution of Security Monitoring, key SOC processes and practices, to in-depth coverage of Threat Intelligence, Threat Hunting and more. Prospective participants are expected to have a foundational understanding of Cybersecurity concepts.
