Dr. Bandyopadhyay is an associate professor with IIM Lucknow. Prior to this he was a principal policy advisor with the energy and climate group of International Institute of Sustainable Development (IISD). In the past he was also engaged as a visiting faculty with United Nations University (UNU-IIST) and as a visiting scholar with Asian Growth Institute (AGI), Japan under the aegis of Japanese Society of Promotion of Science (JSPS).
The study relies essentially on the collection of quantitative and qualitative data and information to capture the perceptions of stakeholders with significant influence on the skill development eco-system.
