Purva Misra Appointed COO Of India Today Media Institute

Purva Misra has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of India Today Media Institute (ITMI) by the India Today group.

Purva Misra is Group Head of Human Resources of the India Today Group and will be taking on the added responsibility as COO of the ITMI.

The India Today Media Institute is a talent supplier to the India Today Group. The students are being geared to take up entry level positions in various editorial and production functions across TV, digital, and publishing.

Misra has over 16 years of both HR operational and management consulting experience. She has managed HR across 10 countries in the Asia-Pacific region, is a certified Executive Coach and has worked in diverse professional services, including management consulting, e-commerce, and healthcare.

She also brings a background of leadership development, restructuring & change, mergers & acquisitions, and international workforce relations.

Misra is an Economics (Honors) graduate from St. Stephen's College, Delhi and has received her MBA degree with a Gold Medal from XLRI Jamshedpur.
