Many sectors and pillars of the corporate and society have been shaken by this pandemic and the education industry is one of the greatest affected ones. Schools and colleges are still closed and would be the last ones to get opened until the COVID settles.   

What can Indian colleges do to set up an intense year ahead? Especially, what would they be able to do to turn into a solid and advancing spot for understudies who may remain in the nation rather than going abroad for advanced education?  

1. Digital Adoption

If we have to continue education on online platforms, the teacher has to look after the emotional health of his students too. To check with a 1:1 whether he/she is able to cope up with the studies among pandemic is the student-facing any personal challenges, could the school/college do anything to solve the issue being faced by him/her.
