National Seminar To Discuss Tradition For Innovation In Indian Jurisprudence

National Seminar on ‘Exploring Tradition for Innovation in Indian Jurisprudence’, jointly organised by Maharashtra National Law University (MNLU), Nagpur and Kavikulaguru Kalidas Sanskrit University (KKSU), Ramtek, will be held at MNLU campus on 16th February 2019.

The seminar aims at exploring the ancient Indian Shastras to discover preferable methods of understanding    and interpreting the law to ensure delivery of complete justice.

Experts in law and shastras will speak on the nature of Dharma described in Dharmashastra, argumentative methods laid down in Nyayashastra and Interpretative rules promulgated in the Mimamsashastra. Various experts hailing from legal and non-legal backgrounds are expected to attend the seminar and share their experience.
