MHRD Offers Financial Aid To College And University Going Students

Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India has announced the scheme to give financial assistance for hassle-free higher education to students undergoing financial duress.

Application submission closes on October 31, 2017. To check the eligibility and application procedures follow the proceedings: 

Eligibility:

• Candidate must have cleared class 12 with above 80 percentage score.
• The applicant must be enrolled as regular student in any recognized institute.
• The family income should not be more than INR 6L p.a.
• The candidate must not be availing any other scholarship.

Reward:

Scholars will be given INR 10,000 p.a. for first three years and INR 20,000 p.a. for 4th and 5th year.
