Additionally, 34 students were conferred with PhD degrees, highlighting the university's commitment to advanced research and scholarship.
Addressing the convocation, the Chief Guest, Former President of India, Ram Nath Kovind, inspired the graduates with his words of wisdom. He highlighted the importance of giving back to society, stating, "What society has given you, you must return." Shri Kovind urged the students to work in the national interest and assured them that their success does not depend on their background but on their dedication and intentions. Reflecting on his own journey, he said, "When I started my career in politics, I never imagined that one day I would become the President of India. You too should start your work with good intentions."
Kovind emphasised the significance of being good human beings who bring pride to the country both domestically and internationally. He congratulated all the graduates, especially the female students, for their achievements and encouraged them to contribute to the nation’s welfare in whatever roles they take up.
During the ceremony, gold medals and degrees were awarded to the meritorious students, recognising their academic excellence. Kovind took this opportunity to remind the students about the importance of maintaining good health. "Half of the country's population is not engaging in physical activities. In a nation known for yoga and pranayama, this is not acceptable. A healthy body harbours a better mind," he said. He urged everyone to modernise while staying connected to their cultural roots.
The convocation ceremony concluded with the distribution of degrees and medals. The event was a testament to Sanskriti University’s dedication to academic excellence and its role in shaping the future leaders of tomorrow.
