XLRI Delhi-NCR Concludes Third Edition Of ElevateX

XLRI Delhi-NCR hosted the much-awaited third edition of ElevateX-XLRI’s Premier Startup Conclave on November 29-30, 2024, marking another milestone in its commitment to fostering innovation and entrepreneurship. The conclave, organised by the XLRI Delhi-NCR Campus, brought together an eclectic mix of emerging entrepreneurs, industry leaders, investors and visionaries, creating an exceptional platform for insightful discussions and networking.

The two-day event featured over 25 prominent entrepreneurs, investors, and thought leaders, who shared invaluable insights on a wide range of topics including retail, FMCG, consumer tech, healthcare, fintech and the rise of app usage in tier two and tier three cities. These themes shed light on the rapidly evolving landscape of India's startup ecosystem, with a focus on the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.

Keynote sessions and panel discussions were led by some of the most influential voices in the industry, including Arjun Vaidya, Founder of Dr. Vaidya (acquired) and Co-Founder of V3 Ventures; Bharat Sethi, Founder of Rage Coffee; Saurabh Munjal, Co-Founder of Lahori Jeera; Akash Gupta, Co-Founder & CEO of Zypp Electric; Raj Kumar Sharma, representing the DST, Government of India; Atul Rai, Co-Founder of Staqu Technologies; Palash Arneja, Co-Founder of Unikon.ai; Sharon Gal-OR, Co-Founder of Living Cities Earth, Netherlands; Asish Kumar, Co-Founder and GP at Fundamentum; and Neha Malhotra, Founder & Managing Partner at MeritX Ventures. These industry leaders provided actionable takeaways for aspiring entrepreneurs, while also sharing their personal journeys of innovation, growth, and disruption.

XLRI's MBA programme in Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Venture Development (IEV) has been pivotal in shaping the entrepreneurial spirit of its students. With a focus on academic excellence and real-world experience, the IEV programme equips students with the skills needed to navigate the challenges of building successful startups. This year's ElevateX event, alongside XLRI’s flagship initiatives like VentureSparX and InnovateX, has provided a unique platform for students and budding entrepreneurs to interact with industry leaders and investors, gaining valuable feedback and insights to scale their businesses.

Beyond the discussions, ElevateX provided attendees with 14-hour expert-led sessions over two days, filled with invaluable knowledge and networking opportunities. The conclave became the epicenter for discussions on the future of entrepreneurship, where participants engaged with unicorn founders, investors, and startup ecosystem giants.
