Woxsen University Hosts Entrepreneurial Excellence Summit

Woxsen University's School of Business held its inaugural Entrepreneurial Excellence Summit 2024, focusing on fostering entrepreneurial spirit and innovation. The summit was a strategic partnership with WE HUB, India's first state-led incubator, offering comprehensive support for women entrepreneurs. The event also launched a Woxsen University Confederation of Indian Industry research report on the role of leaders in the post-COVID era of algorithms and emerging technologies.

Woxsen and WE HUB are partnering to create workshops and platforms for rural and urban women entrepreneurs, focusing on skill development, incubation and business upgradation, to enhance the entrepreneurship ecosystem and provide mentorship.

The panel discussions focused on empowering AI innovation with ethical considerations and fostering AI-competent workforces through collective talent cultivation. Notable panellists included Sairam Vedam, CEO of Cigniti Technologies, Elton Ron Nathan, Head of Talent Engagement & Management at Apollo Health & Lifestyle Ltd., Dr Reto Steiner, Dean of Zhaw School of Management, Uha Sajja, Aparna Vedam, Dr Venu Gopal Jarugumalli, Practice Leader AI & Gen AI Products at ZF Group, Dr Monica Adya, Dean of Rutgers School of Business and Dr Kashi Balachandran, Professor at New York University.
