The purpose of introducing these initiatives is to empower workers by allowing them to become skilled construction experts and thereby improve their employability. The frontline workforce of the Construction Industry will benefit from comprehensive Work Integrated Training that offers combined hands-on experience with classroom learning, ensuring a well-rounded skill set. Upon completion, our workforce receives certificates, diplomas and degrees accredited by the Construction Industry Development Council (CIDC) and Kalinga University, enhancing their credibility and employability. 

For Tata Projects, the initiative emphasises sustainable site management by instilling principles of sustainability and efficiency in construction practices. The training program aims to embrace skilled talent within the construction industry, contributing to its growth and development. Through this initiative, we plan to achieve a skilled, certified workforce, diversity in the workforce, and a skilled trainer pool. Looking ahead, we aim to create a pool of skilled foremen, and a talent pool for construction supervisors, and establish a cadre for the upcoming projects.
