Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management held its 27th convocation, awarding degrees to 227 students from various PGDM programmes. The degrees were awarded in General, Financial Management, Research & Business Analytics, E-Business and Artificial Intelligence & Data Science. Anil Sahasrabudhe, Chairman of NETF, EC-NAAC and NBA, attended the event as the chief guest.
The college celebrated its graduation with a ceremony honoring students for their achievements. Gold medals were given to Arjun Khajuria, Sakshi Jain, Ritika Aggarwal and Kritima Jain for securing first positions in their respective courses. The Lalita Shastri medal was awarded to Sourashish Chatterjee, Priyal Sachdeva, Devanshi Narang, Sidhanth Kapoor and Shivam Gupta for their overall performance in the PGDM programme.
Anil Shastri, Chairman, Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, expressed, “If you are unware of it you will find difficulty in whatever you want to do. Passion, personal integrity, intellectual honesty and determination are very important to succeed in your endeavors.”

“The rise in startups and innovations has lifted our standards. About 7-8 years ago India was at the 81st position in the Global Innovation Index and today we hold the 40th position. By 2047, when India will complete 100 years of independence, we’ll be at the top of almost all the schemes of things”, Anil Sahasrabudhe, further said.
