ICSL To Train 10,000 School Principal In Next Seven-Year

The International Council for School Leadership (ICSL) organized a conclave on “leading the change”. ICSL is a non-profit organization which will train around 10,000 principals of private and government schools from all over India. The conclave was attended by around 100 principals from private and government school. 

Dr. Atul Nischal, founder director of the International Council for School Leadership, said, "The ICSL will train 10 thousand school principals by 2025, he said, in present, 300 million students are studying in India. Lead the change will play a vital role in shaping their future."

Addressing the principals, Professor Dinesh Singh said that for real education it is very important to find out your inner drumbeat and march into the world of harmony. The leaders need to put head together to help the students to find there drumbeat.

Dr G Balasubramaniam, former CBSE Director said, “Schools are one place where anybody comes and tell us how you should teach and how you shouldn’t. It is time we figure what is truly right. It is time we all empower ourselves to say confidently- We know what we are doing and we know how to do it.”

ICSL also unveil their book “lead the change” to empower the leaders. The book covers the seven leadership domains written by experts and Professionals from India, Finland, China, UK, and Mexico. The book contains write up on the school leadership which includes school environment, curriculum, learning, technology, transformation, etc., which will be helpful for school management as well as teachers and principals for improving the quality of education.
