Badruka School of Management (BSM) has launched BSM IGNITE, a business case competition for final-year students and early-stage career professionals across India. The competition aims to transform business ideas into growing ventures, with winners and runners-up receiving cash prizes from a prize pool of Rs 2 Lakh. The competition also provides networking opportunities, recognition and visibility through BSM's digital channels, website exposure and nationwide media coverage. Students will also receive valuable insights and mentorship from industry experts, faculty members and experienced entrepreneurs.
The competition has a three-round process. The first round is an online quiz, with participants scoring above 70 per cent qualifying for Round 2. The second round, on May 6, requires an executive summary and elevator pitch and exclusive merchandise. The top 25 per cent advance to Round 3 on May 18, with finalists receiving national spotlight from BSM.
The competition will be overseen by a panel of judges, including Dr Prabhu Aggarwal, Director of Badruka School of Management and former Vice Chancellor of OP Jindal University and Bennett University. Ramesh Loganathan, Professor of Co-Innovation at IIIT Hyderabad and former Interim Chief Innovation Officer of Telangana and Aditya Vuchi, Co-Founder and CEO of MediaMint and CEO of Doosra, will be joining over.
